Every item is custom made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, after which your order will ship and you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & refunds: Because each item is custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order, as exchanges for sizing are not available.
If your item arrives with a printing defect or misprint, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll gladly send a replacement.
