About BassDawg

BassDawg started nearly ten years ago with a conversation between my grandad and my dad. Sitting around and talking about dogs, fishing, and the outdoors, they came up with the idea for a brand that represented the kind of life our family had always enjoyed. My grandad is credited with the name BassDawg, and my dad came up with the slogan that still defines the brand today:

You can sit on the porch, or you can run with the Dawg.

For years, BassDawg remained an idea and a dream... Until now.

My name is Nolan, and I grew up in Central Indiana hunting, fishing, camping, spending time around dogs, and enjoying as much of the outdoors as I could. Those experiences shaped who I am and became the foundation for what I wanted BassDawg to represent.

While studying mechanical engineering at Purdue University, I decided it was finally time to take the idea my grandad and dad created and turn it into something real.

Today, BassDawg is a small, family-inspired business based in Central Indiana. Every design is influenced by the places and experiences we love: lake days, deer woods, backroads, campfires, loyal dogs, and time spent outside with family and friends.

BassDawg is not just about selling clothing. It is about carrying on a family idea, building something from the ground up, and creating apparel for people who would rather be outside making memories than watching life pass them by.
